Do the work - Craft/Art/Action

  1. Intention/desire/goal - What do you want? What is your desired outcome? Be as clear about this as you can. You might have a goal that feels so massive, so impossible, that your nervous system can’t handle it. If that is the case, break it down into smaller pieces. What does being halfway to that goal look like? One quarter of the way? What is the very smallest thing that needs to happen to help you reach that goal?

  2. Where in your body is there resistance or tension? Why can’t you have it? What’s stopping you? Do you feel it in the churning of your stomach? A tightening in your chest? Are your shoulders hunched up to your ears? Your body, nervous system, is automatically reacting to ingrained lessons that you have learned.

  3. Journal about why you can’t have it. Describe how and where resistance to that happens in your body. Let that feeling, that energy of resistance to flow out of you on to the paper. You don’t need to hold that energy in your body any more. It’s safe to let it go. You can also visualize that energy, those feelings and thoughts, draining out of you and into the ground.

  4. Imagine it done. Know that it is already yours. How does it feel to already have it? What do you do with it? How do you act?

  5. Let that feeling fill you up. Feel it moving through you. Imbuing every cell of your body until you glow with it. Be open to opportunities that help you feel the way you want to feel. Be open to reaching your goal in ways that you never thought of.

  6. Do the work. Create your talisman. Make intentional art. Take inspired actions. I suggest making something you can wear, hold or easily look at. That way it can be with you where ever you are. But your Manifestation Craft/Art can be anything you want. Create it with focused intention. Imbue it with the energy and feeling of your goal. Every stitch, brush stroke or click of the shutter.

Care and feeding of your talisman:

Once you have finished making your item, remember to fill your self with your desired energy/feeling every time you see/touch/wear it. Reconnect with it whenever you wonder if it’s working or not and know that it is.

Follow your curiosities, desires and joys. Stay open to opportunities. Release the restrictions that things have to be a certain way, happen a certain way or look a certain way to be the path to your goal. It doesn’t need to be perfect. Perfectionism, when we demand it from ourselves is self harm. When demanded by others it's abuse.
